Avijax Customer Showcase Agreement

By clicking the "Submit" button below, you agree to the following:

1. You are the original developer (or are submitting the project for the original developer) of the submitted project, including, but not limited to, the material, text, data, and other works of authorship used in the submitted project.

2. You will indemnify and hold Avijax harmless from any claim related to the submitted project, including any claim by a third party that your project infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, rights of privacy or publicity, or any other intellectual property right.

3. Avijax reserves the right, at our company's discretion, to refuse the submitted project or to remove it from the Avijax Customer Showcase at any time.

4. To be considered for other Adobe Customer Success Program activities, click on the appropriate boxes below. (Note: at least the Customer Showcase box must be checked.)

Customer Showcase (includes Site of the Day)*
Inclusion in Avijax produced newsletters and direct marketing emails.
A link to your site from within Avijax.com.
Include your project in Avijax corporate presentations to be used by our sales team, marketing groups, public relations and investors and analyst relations.
Participate in Avijax advertising such as banner ads or print ads.
Avijax will notify you if and when your project is to be included in any of the above Customer Success Program activities.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PRECEDING, OR IF YOU OR THE DEVELOPER IN WHOSE NAME YOU ARE SUBMITTING THE PROJECT DO NOT OWN OR HAVE RIGHTS TO EVERY ELEMENT OF THE PROJECT, DO NOT SUBMIT THE PROJECT TO AVIJAX FOR CONSIDERATION AS A SHOWCASE. YOU WILL BE FINANCIALLY LIABLE TO ANY THIRD PARTY THAT OWNS ANY ELEMENT OF THE SUBMITTED PROJECT.
