When you ask someone for fat loss tips, they will throw you with the usual stuff, diet and exercise — these are the normal things that people do so they are pretty much expected. Nowadays, perhaps along with the inherent demand to be creative, more unconventional techniques arose. People are becoming more and more critical with what they expect with weight training techniques; they want things fresh; they want things that have not tried before; and they want something out of the ordinary. Similarly, to liven things up, here are some unconventional weight loss routines that you can consider following. Break the norm and try these ones, who knows, they might be the answer you have been looking for all these time:
- Weigh yourself every day. This sounds funny, and it can be depressing but if you are doing the job right, you will feel rewarded and awesome every time you go on top of the weighing scale and weigh yourself. At the same time, this is going to push you even more, to work hard, since you see if your workout is doing you any good, or not.
- Drink a lot of water. Water is a good cleanser, and at the same time, by drinking a lot of water every day, you make yourself feel full even if you have not eaten a lot. Hydrate because it is good for you and it is easy to do.
- Let it out in the open. Publicise your diet and tell others that you are using workout routines for men (or women, if you are a woman) as this will push you to really make good with your promise. You will strive harder and you will do better because you know that people are going to judge the results.
- Have a cheat day. Allow yourself a cheat day where you can enjoy some of the food that you cannot enjoy on a regular basis. This is good because it will keep you from having unplanned bingeing.
- Mark the red flag weight. Once you have gotten the weight you have been aiming for, determine a range of good and bad and mark the bad weight as the red flag weight, which means that when you have reached that weight, then you have been doing less than expected.
